Left panel the used P4 sky background estimates (SKY) in comparison to P3 (Muñoz-Mateos et al. 2015; their variable “SKY1”). The large apparent differences are due to use of different versions of P1 mosaics. Right panel we have corrected the P4 values to correspond to the final P1 mosaics (= those used in P3). Excluding the few deviant cases (discussed in the text) the median difference between P3 and P4 is 0.003 MJy sr−1. Light and dark blue symbols indicate observations during cryogenic and warm Spitzer missions, respectively.
