Size–mass relations fitted by a broken power-law model for SFGs at 0.5 < z < 6.0 and a mixture model for QGs at 0.5 < z < 4.0 (same symbols as in Figure 3). At z  >  4.0, the lack of low-mass QGs results in an unconstrained mixture model fit so the mixture model is not applicable. Gray dashed lines represent the relations fitted by a single power law shown in Figure 3 for comparison.
