ACF (left) and Fourier transform (right) of the native-resolution spectrum derived from common-mode correction of the NRS1 light curves. The ACF shows nonzero values up to 0.015 μm (marked by a dotted vertical line). The corresponding Fourier frequency also shows a peak (dotted line). We choose a bin width of 50 pixels, which correspinds to twice the frequency of the peak. This ensures that Fourier transform of the binning function has a value of zero at the peak.
