C/O ratio for our models with radial changes in the amount of C. The C/O starts at 1, then it reaches a value of 2 in the gas gap where extra atomic carbon is added. In this region most of the carbon grain destruction would occur. It also coincides with the region where the C2H column density reaches its highest values. Beyond 100 au we added extra water ice to decrease the C/O ratio toward an ISM value C/O = 0.4.
