We recovered the HC paleointensity by fitting to the data at coercivities >75 mT (gray line), which likely corresponds to the TRM carried predominantly by pyrrhotite. The shallower slope at coercivities between ∼25 mT and ∼75 mT likely corresponds to a pTRM carried predominantly by magnetite from which ARM and IRM paleointensities could not be reliably recovered.
