Sensitivity of the retrieved electron density profile to the choice of baseline-fit windows, for occultation doy_2002-8-1539_date_2002-01-08 (2002 January 8, 15:39 UT). All 36 profiles produced by PROSERPINA for this occultation are shown, one per combination of low- and high-altitude baseline window. Each panel collects the six profiles sharing a common high-altitude fit window; within a panel, line color encodes the width of the low-altitude fit window. The plotted quantity is the final PROSERPINA profile; uncertainty bands are omitted for clarity, so the spread between curves reflects baseline-window choice alone. The dotted vertical line marks zero density.
