Panels (b) and (d) are taken along the local exhaust direction ﹩\hat{{\boldsymbol{t}}}﹩ and show the projected electron and ion outflow velocity, δue,out and δui,out, respectively, defined relative to the center-of-mass velocity at the X-point. The coordinate origin marks the X-point position.
