The lower panel shows this same patch used as a mask on HMI data and the associated helioprojective coordinates. The magnetic field in the upper panel is calculated with respect to an observer directly above the sunspot center; in the lower panel it is with respect to the line of sight of SDO. Both magnetic field values are cropped at ±300 G for clarity.
