HL Tau continuum, model, and residual maps at λ = 1.3 mm and 2.7 mm. The λ = 1.3 mm image is the same as Figure 1 and the synthesized beam of the λ = 2.7 mm image is 1 01 × 0 67 (P.A. = 73°). The contour levels are 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 10, 16, 25, and 40 times σ = ±0.8 and ±1.1 mJy beam ⁻¹ at λ = 1.3 mm and 2.7 mm, respectively.
