Fe xii Å image of the same active region studied with EIS and SUMER, as seen with STEREO B. Marked are three regions of interest (one loop region and two moss regions) for which the intensities seen with STEREO A and B are compared (see Figure 6). STEREO A observed this region at disk center, whereas STEREO B observed the region at a viewing angle of 40 deg (with the local vertical).
