Asteroids in our canonical E0-box in ﹩(e,\sin i)﹩ projected onto the proper semimajor axis a (abscissa) and absolute magnitude H (ordinate) plane. The population has been restricted to a ≤ 2.475 au. The left and middle panels show 3322 asteroids for which the WISE mission has estimated albedo values. In the left panel, we show dark objects with pV < 0.125, while in the middle panel, we show bright objects with pV > 0.125. The median albedo values in the two samples are 0.057 and 0.26, respectively. The right panel shows all asteroids for which D. Nesvorný et al. (2024a) provided proper orbital elements. The red curve is the C = 8.14 × 10−5 au critical isoline of the Eulalia family with the center at 2.475 au. The blue dashed lines shown in the left and middle panels, at H = 17.6 and H = 16 mag, respectively, indicate absolute magnitude values corresponding to the same size, 1.7 km, for their median albedo values. The blue dotted line in the left panel (which, in the middle panel, would coincide with the dashed line) shows the absolute magnitude/size value in the albedo category that would have a 10.2 mag value in the WISE W3 passband at opposition and 2.5 au heliocentric distance.
