Distribution of photometric angles covered by the WAC for a single point (latitude: 0°, longitude: 0°). Each point represents a WAC pixel’s incidence, emergence, and phase angles. Most observations have emergence angles ≤ 30° due to nadir observing and the 60° cross-track field of view. Persistent nadir operations result in the generally linear relationship between the incidence and phase angles.
