Caption: Figure 1.
Top row: original Proba-3/ASPIICS WL data from three different times taken on 2025 July 16, enhanced with the application of the WOW algorithm. Bottom row: time-differenced WOW-enhanced Proba-3/ASPIICS WL data for the same times as in the top row. The differenced images reveal motions and an expanding CME off the east limb (barely visible in the WOW-enhanced images above). Two white arrows showcase areas to the north and south of the CME (in the second panel) where an artifact appears, which is caused by the CME. This is not to be considered a real flow, but is easily tracked by our methods. Solar north and east are shown by the red arrows in the final panel in each row. They also show a polar grid centered on the solar center with spacings of 0.5 R⊙ and 45°.
