The [Fe/H] represents the values adopted in each study and may vary for the same target. Marker shapes denote the literature sources, while colors represent the target objects. The canonical MW IMF value is shown as a dashed line. There is a mild trend for the characteristic mass to increase with lower [Fe/H], though the change is not statistically significant and correlates with the observation depth.
