[C I](1–0)/12CO(2–1) = RC I/CO vs. [C I](1–0)/13CO(2–1) = RC I/13CO line flux ratios (TB scale). Our ALMA results of NGC 7469 are shown with filled symbols, while SD measurements are shown with open symbols. The red diamonds, blue stars, and black circles, respectively, indicate the data of AGNs, SB galaxies, and quiescent galaxies. We also show the channel map–based ratios of the NGC 7469 AGN with a filled red hexagon. The SD measurement of NGC 7469 is also shown by an open green hexagon. Galaxies other than NGC 7469 (ALMA) are compiled from Israel et al. (2015), all of which are based on SD observations. The AGNs tend to have higher values in both ratios, but even among them, the extremely high values of NGC 7469 (AGN) and NGC 7469 (AGN: ch) stand out.
