Our best-fit FFD evolution model evaluated over a grid of masses and ages, showing the cumulative flare rate R35 for a fixed energy of 1035 erg (top), and at an equivalent duration of 1 s, i.e., R1s = 1 s × Lquies (bottom). The latter clearly shows that low-mass stars produce more flares relative to their quiescent luminosity, while all stars show a decrease in their specific flare rate over time.
