Comparison between domain sizes ﹩{L}_{x}\approx 2000c/{\omega }_{\mathrm{pe}}﹩ (green circles) and ﹩{L}_{x}\approx 4000c/{\omega }_{\mathrm{pe}}﹩ (blue triangles) of the following heating fractions: (a) electron total, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{e}},\mathrm{tot}};﹩ (b) electron adiabatic, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{e}},\mathrm{ad}};﹩ (c) electron irreversible, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{e}},\mathrm{irr}};﹩ (d) proton total, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{i}},\mathrm{tot}};﹩ (e) proton adiabatic, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{i}},\mathrm{ad}};﹩ (f) proton irreversible, ﹩{M}_{T{\rm{i}},\mathrm{irr}}﹩. We present a low-﹩{\beta }_{{\rm{i}}}﹩ case with ﹩{\beta }_{{\rm{i}}}=0.0078,{T}_{{\rm{e}}}/{T}_{{\rm{i}}}=0.1﹩ and a high-﹩{\beta }_{{\rm{i}}}﹩ case with ﹩{\beta }_{{\rm{i}}}=2,{T}_{{\rm{e}}}/{T}_{{\rm{i}}}=1;﹩ in both cases, the mass ratio is ﹩{m}_{{\rm{i}}}/{m}_{{\rm{e}}}=25﹩ and ﹩{\sigma }_{w}=0.1﹩.
