Time sequence of SMART Hα images show the oscillating F1. From left to right, they are −1.2, −0.8, −0.5, 0.0, +0.5, +0.8, and +1.2 Å images shifting from the Hα line-center (6562.8 Å). For each row, the images are taken at a near simultaneous time (Δt < 1 minute). It should be noted that the images are rotated clockwise for 30°. The FOV for each frame is 150'' × 330''. The bright point at the north end of F1 in ±1.2 Å images is possibly caused by the SMART instrument.
