Galaxy spectrum of the likely host galaxy of the partial Lyman limit absorption system at ﹩z=0.1671﹩ toward PKS 0405−123. The Balmer features, weak [O II] emission, and absence of [O III] emission mark this galaxy as an Sb spectral type. This indicates minimal current star formation yet with a significant episode of star formation over the past ~1 Gyr.
