Distribution of normalized solar reflectance gradients for 2I/Borisov. The very inner coma has a steeper gradient, between 10% and 14% in comparison to the outer coma, within 4% and 10%. The extreme values in white represent the sky and background star streaks. North is up, east is to the left, and the antisolar (-⊙) and negative velocity (−V) directions are shown with the respective arrows.
