A ratio of the DMs of the MC pulsars to the maximum Galactic line-of-sight DM, ﹩{\rm{DM}}/{{\rm{DM}}}_{{\rm{\max }},{\rm{LOS}}}﹩. For each pulsar, ﹩{{\rm{DM}}}_{{\rm{\max }},{\rm{LOS}}}﹩ is defined as the largest value predicted by the YMW16, NE2001, and NE2025 Galactic electron-density models. The dashed line corresponds to the maximum DM expected from the Milky Way alone. The foreground pulsars lie below this threshold, whereas the LMC and SMC pulsars are above it.
