Constraint on K₀ obtained from the combination of the constraints on L shown in Figure 2 and ς shown in Figure 4 by identifying the QPO frequencies with the crustal torsional oscillations. For reference, the fiducial value of K₀ obtained from the terrestrial experiments, i.e., K₀ = 240 ± 20 MeV (S. Shlomo et al. 2006), is also shown.
