Average period spacings for  = 1 (left panel) and  = 2 (right panel) modes for ONe-core ultramassive WDs with thick H envelopes and masses ranging from 1.10 to 1.29M (colored lines). The location of WD J0049−2525 is based on the effective temperature derived by M. Kilic et al. (2023b), Teff = 13,020 ± 460 K, and the period spacings of ΔΠ = 17.56 ± 1.02 s for  = 1 and ΔΠ = 9.79 ± 0.52 s for  = 2 modes.
