Distribution of sky coordinates from the nominal request set described in Section 4.1. Marker colors are the same as in Figure 5. The shading shows the number of unique B semester nights a target is observable as a function of R.A. and decl. The dark cap below decl. −50° consists of southern targets that never clear the minimum elevation requirements, the dark region near the north celestial pole circumpolar stars is often obstructed by the Keck I Nasymth platform, the wave-shaped band is due to the Moon, and the dark vertical band at ∼240° corresponds to R.A.s that are antialigned with the B semester.
