The average arrival time of photons as a function of energy shift for different disk configurations. For thin disks, the longest average arrival time corresponds to g ≈ 1. For super-Eddington cases, it is found that the longest photon travel time corresponds to the regions with the largest red/blueshifts, i.e., the innermost/outermost regions of the reflection surface.
