A simple blackbody spectrum with T = 104 K at different redshifts, overlaid on the stacked LRD photometries at z = 6 (H. B. Akins et al. 2025) and the normalized transmission curves of the JWST NIRCAM filters. While high-z LRDs are selected based on their characteristic V-shaped SEDs transitioning LRDs characterized by blackbody quasars exhibit the Λ-shaped SED.
