Leo P aperture-matching test. Left: gray squares mark valid public S3D spaxels throughout the rest-frame 17.00–17.07 μm S(1) fitting window, the black star is the published S(1) coordinate, and contours show 1%, 10%, and 50% of the normalized 9﹩\mathop{.}\limits^{{\unicode{x02033}}}﹩27 × 7﹩\mathop{.}\limits^{{\unicode{x02033}}}﹩89 B2+C+D VLA restoring-beam kernel. The extended low-weight kernel makes the missing MIRI coverage explicit: only 61.9% of the full kernel is supported, below the conservative 95% criterion. Right: the channelized VLA spectrum at that coordinate is plotted as a mid-channel step trace; the gray band shows the per-channel 1σ robust spatial rms in the residual cube, and the orange interval is the 249–269 km s−1 integration window. The beam-scale H I detection is significant, but incomplete MIRI support precludes a defensible aperture-matched H I mass or warm-H2/H I ratio.
