The upper panel of each plot shows the centroid time lags in the divided velocity bins, and the lower panel is their rms spectrum (in units of ﹩{10}^{-15}\ \mathrm{erg}\;{{\rm{s}}}^{-1}\;{\mathrm{cm}}^{-2}\;{\mathring{\rm A} }^{-1}﹩). The red dashed lines are edges of the bins. The horizontal dotted line and the gray band mark the average time lag and the uncertainties provided in Paper III. The horizontal error bar in the upper panel denotes the velocity bin, while the vertical error bar is the uncertainty of the lag.
