Relation between eccentricity and ∣Φspherical − Φtilted∣, where the latter is defined to be the difference in the potential energy that a star experiences over 600 Myr in a tilted potential and a spherical potential as defined in Equation (2). There is a clear positive correlation in eccentricity and ∣Φspherical − Φtilted∣, demonstrating that stars on eccentric (radial) orbits are more sensitive to their host potential compared to stars on disky orbits.
