Spectra II: off-meridional field loops. Adopting most of the parameters of the left panel of Figure 6, with ﹩{B}_{p}=10﹩ and ﹩{r}_{\max }=4﹩, both the left and right panels here illustrate spectra computed for off-meridional field loops ﹩{\phi }_{* }=5^\circ ﹩ and ﹩{\phi }_{* }=90^\circ ﹩, respectively, for a viewing angle of ﹩{\theta }_{v}=30^\circ ﹩ with fixed Lorentz factors in the range of ﹩{\gamma }_{e}={10}^{1}\mbox{--}{10}^{3}﹩. For loops somewhat away from the meridian (or anti-meridian), the hardest emission is never beamed toward the observer. In these off-meridional examples, resonant interactions are realized only for low final scattering energies ﹩{\varepsilon }_{f}﹩ and in polar regions of the loop.
