The power density spectra of phase (left) and frequency (right) fluctuations at 625 minutes, 2017 July 29, Ht–Nt. The power density of the differential phase and frequency does not decrease at ν < 0.01 Hz due to some abnormal outliers, which indicates the fluctuations does not correlate at ν < 0.01 Hz.
