False color picture of one of the fields targeted in our survey. North is up, east is left, and the vertical size is ~37′. There is a population of very blue stars covering the entire field, with a higher density toward the SE. These are main-sequence stars belonging to the Small Magellanic Cloud. The cluster located on the upper right of the picture is NGC 362. Blue horizontal branch stars in NGC 362 appear as white colored objects within a few arcminutes from the cluster center.
