Doppler velocities for HD 17051 (G0 V). The solid line is a Keplerian orbital fit with a period of 312 days, a semiamplitude of 63 m s−1, and an eccentricity of 0.15, yielding a minimum (﹩M\mathrm{sin}\,i﹩) mass of 2.13 ﹩M_{\mathrm{J}\,}﹩ for the companion. The rms of the Keplerian fit, 10.4 m s−1, is twice the internal measurement error, consistent with the observed chromospheric activity and youth of this star. These results are consistent with Kurster et al. (2000).
