Supplemental STM overview images from the acetone extraction of Murchison meteorite. Both images show STM overview images of molecules as deposited on a Cu(111) surface. Images were obtained at 100 mV at 8 pA. A few actual imaged molecule “candidates” are marked with boxes within the right image, along with one HR-AFM zoomed-in molecular structure (presented in Figure 9, image 4).
