Shows results from this work (n = 59) compared to findings from previous studies (in gray) that performed similar classifications (M. Mommert et al. 2016; N. Erasmus et al. 2017; P. Janse van Rensburg 2021). The fractional compositional distribution for the asteroid types in this study is plotted for a single absolute magnitude (and therefore size) range of 22 ≤ H < 29, with an assumed albedo of between 0.05 and 0.30. The taxonomic types are color-coded as follows: S−red, C−blue, X−yellow, Q−purple, and V−green. Due to the small sample sizes in some taxonomic categories, Poisson uncertainties are shown for the S- and C-types.
