MRF-refined CME segmentation. The initial mask derived from the colocalization map is refined using an MRF energy model, which enforces spatial coherence among pixels. The Graph Cut algorithm globally minimizes the energy function to produce the final segmentation, significantly improving boundary accuracy and spatial consistency.
