The spectra of Stokes I and V (left axis) and the polarization fraction (right axis) for HD 245567 in VLASS E2. At the peak flux density, the polarization fraction is 0.82 ± 0.076. The error bars here represent ±1σ uncertainties, with the polarization fraction uncertainty calculated using standard error propagation for Sν,V/Sν,I. The frequencies here were selected to have a constant fractional bandwidth νhi/νlow = (4013 MHz/1965 MHz)1/4 = 1.1954, where νhi is the high end of the subband, νlow is the low end, and 1965–4013 MHz is the full VLASS frequency range.
