(P,T) profiles for 100% H2O planets of masses ﹩{M}_{{\rm{p}}}=﹩ 1–20 ﹩{M}_{\oplus }﹩, and irradiation temperatures ﹩{T}_{\mathrm{irr}}\,=﹩ 400–1300 K with the Ma19+ parameterization (see Section 3.2). Cases corresponding to smallest masses and highest temperatures are not shown, as their surface gravities are below the limit fixed in Section 3.3. Phase transitions of H2O are taken from Wagner et al. (2011) at low temperatures (solid turquoise lines) and from Nettelmann et al. (2011) at high temperatures (dashed turquoise lines), with labels IF (ionic fluid), SI (superionic), P (plasma), and iN for the ice N.
