AMR for the four radial zones. Shades represent 1σ uncertainties as extracted from the PANCAKE’s metadata bootstrapping results. The core (red) follows a smooth enrichment trend but remains systematically more metal-poor by Δ[Fe/H] ≈ 0.5 dex compared to the other three regions. The ring (orange), outer body (cyan), and outskirts (blue) show nearly identical, more metal-rich enrichment histories. This offset indicates that the merger event introduced a significant reservoir of chemically evolved gas that fueled star formation throughout the majority of the galaxy’s volume.
