LDRP double-buffer structure. Two contiguous memory blocks (curr_buffer and next_buffer) store incoming dual-polarization VDIF packets in alternating fashion (labeled 0 and 1). Three byte-offset pointers mark the start of curr_buffer, the boundary between the two buffers, and the end of next_buffer.
