Unpacking and rearranging dual-polarization VDIF packets into the LDRP double buffer. Incoming packets (top) carry frame counters and polarization IDs (pol0, pol1); each is placed at its computed byte offset within curr_buffer or next_buffer. Packets arriving before the reference start time are discarded, and lost packets leave gaps that are later zero-padded.
