Keplerian consistency score (Equation (6)) between the data from S25 and D25 with all the planets. We have overlaid unity as a dashed line. This graph shows that parameters taken from the same publication may be incompatible with Kepler’s law (Equation (3)) revealing inconsistencies in the data used (and in the NEA). Therefore, it does not appear that the erroneous data is the cause of WASP-33b being an outlier. Rather, the system itself appears to be physically inconsistent. This may be due to stellar variability (this variability could be interfering with the light curve fit).
