Velocity vs. distance for galaxies with Cepheid distances. Velocities in this plot have been corrected using the flow model described in Mould et al. (2000a). The Cepheid distances have been corrected for metallicity. A formal fit to these data yields a slope of ﹩H_{0}=75\pm 10﹩ (random) km s−1 Mpc−1, in good agreement, to within the uncertainties, with the value of H0 obtained for methods that extend to much greater distances.
