All three galaxies are physically extended. COLA1 has an angular size of ∼0.″2. Right: location of these objects in the region around the COSMOS field (red circles). The black shading shows the region covered by the present narrowband observations, while the blue square shows the approximate region covered by Sobral et al. (2015). COLA1 lies outside this latter region (J2000 R.A., decl. = 150.64751, 2.20375).
