Electric field spectrum (﹩{| {E}_{f}| }^{2}﹩ vs. f) of QEW waves with frequency at the saturation of the instability, i.e., at t = 23. The spectrum in the dispersion range is found to have a scaling of the order of ﹩{f}^{-2.3}﹩, which is steeper than the Kolmogorov scaling in the inertial range (﹩{f}^{-1.67}﹩).
