This figure shows the performance of these two frameworks for astronomical targets with different S/N, evaluated with the f1_score and the f2_score. We find that the performance of our framework (labeled with the detector) is better than that of the classic framework (labeled with SExtractor) for astronomical targets with low S/N and their performance is almost the same for bright sources.
