MIPS images of M81 shown at full instrumental resolution. These resolutions are 6﹩\arcsec﹩, 18﹩\arcsec﹩, and 40﹩\arcsec﹩ for 24, 70, and 160 μm, respectively. The field of view of the images is ﹩20^{\prime }\times 30^{\prime }﹩, which is more than large enough to cover M81. These mosaics have a total exposure time of approximately 80, 40, and 8 s per point at 24, 70, and 160 μm, respectively.
