Relative positions of T Tau N and S at 2 cm and 2 μm wavelengths in (a) right ascension and (b) declination. Filled circles denote 2 cm measurements (this paper, Table 3) while 2 μm measurements are denoted by squares (Ghez et al. 1995), open circles (Roddier et al. 2000), and triangles (Duchêne et al. 2002). Note that the measurements in declination are discrepant between the radio and 2 μm emission. Note also that T Tau Sb appears to be close to the radio emission. The earlier 2 μm emission observed by Ghez et al. (1995) and Roddier et al. (2000) measured the photocenter of emission from the binary T Tau S.
