(a) Scatter plot showing the relationship between LX/Lbol with ﹩( \dot{M}_{\mathrm{X}\,}\, v_{\mathrm{es}\,}/L_{\mathrm{bol}\,}/c) ﹩ for the best fit Wind + ISM models to the 1991 April 21 and 1993 April 29 observations. The error bars represent the range of acceptable fits in the fitting parameters (TX, EMX, and ﹩\dot{M}_{\mathrm{X}\,}﹩ via NW). (b) Scatter plot showing the relationship between the 1993 April 29 intrinsic and observed X‐ray fluxes with the observed 1993 May 1 3.6 cm radio flux for the Wind + ISM model. The radio error bars are derived from the observations. The X‐ray error bars are determined from the acceptable parameter ranges of TX and NW for the 99% confidence regions. The data suggest that both the intrinsic and observed X‐ray fluxes are anticorrelated with the radio flux, contrary to the expectations for wind based processes, which predict a positive correlation. The dashed lines are the statistical best fits to the data assuming a power‐law dependence (see text for details of fits).
