Mass spectra of pure Au NP, a 1:105 Au NP:vitamin K1 mixture, and vitamin K1-only at the same surface concentration as Au NP:vitamin K1. A selected mass range zoom is shown on the right. The parent ion of Vitamin K1 at m/z 450 is clearly visible in the presence of Au NP.
